Hey, guys!

Did I ever mention how much I love the Fall season? Well, let’s just say it’s a lot.

Cool air, leaves changing, camp fires and s’mores… I love it all!

Something about this wonderful weather just inspires me to work harder. (Maybe it’s the looming presence of Christmas being just around the corner? Lol.) I always start knitting again around this time of year, too. Summer isn’t always a fun season to knit in, unless you’ve got plenty of A/C. 🙂

A lot of people I know like Fall because of the overabundance of “pumpkin spice” items that pop up everywhere around this time. Eh, I guess I’ve never really been a fan of pumpkins…

Most of my family can’t stand cooler/colder weather, so it makes me wonder where I got my love for the cold from. It’s a mystery, I guess!

What is your favorite season, and why? I’m curious~

Cotton Ginning Days 2014

It’s October, and you know what that means: it’s time for the Cotton Ginning Days Festival in Dallas, NC! 🙂 The festival features lots of demonstrations from “back in the day”, as well as a plethora of tractors, crafts, music, and food.

I have a craft booth here, of course, and it’s loaded down with (you guessed it) lots of cute pillows!!! Video games, social media, cartoons, movies/books… I’ve got pillows from just about every “geeky” category you could think of!

If you’re in the area, be sure to stop by and say hello! (and if you already have, well, good for you!)
